Whether it’s a condo building, commercial plaza or industrial space Windsor Concrete’s floor slab division has built a reputation as a reliable & knowledgeable option. We utilize riding trowels to provide a smooth trowel finish regardless of your floor size. Windsor Concrete is routinely called in for concrete topping of pre-cast hollow-core slabs that are flown & placed via crane during the construction of the building shell. For either low rise or high rise this helps increase flexural strength, shear strength & bending stiffness of the slab. Often it will be required by the structural engineer when using hollow-core pre cast slabs.
